CITY OF HOPE BUYING DAY

Do it Best City of Hope Buying Day In a show of support for the City of Hope and the fight against cancer, The Home Improvement Industry Presidents Council is proudly sponsoring a fundraising Buying Day during the 2006 National Hardware Show. A number of buyers from the Industry’s leading retailers, coop distributors, distributors and buying groups will participate by offering introductory meetings. The event is open to all suppliers who make a specified, yet nominal tax-deductible donation for each retail meeting. The meetings will be held at the Convention Center and scheduled throughout the 2006 Hardware Show. Retailers willing to donate their buyers’ time and commit to a morning or afternoon are asked to contact Steve Powell at spowell@presidentscouncil.com. The Buying Day will be managed and operated by the Presidents Council. Retailer appointment and donation sign-up forms will be posted at the Presidents Council website in December or for more information call 847.480.7171.
